This KEIHIN Main Jet 190 is designed for motorcyclists and mechanics working on carburation. The main jet controls the fuel supply beyond cruising speed, when the throttle is open: it is the part that directly influences the air/fuel mixture during acceleration and full throttle. Replacing or adjusting this jet is part of the standard tuning process to fine-tune the mixture, correct a mixture that is too lean or too rich, or adapt the motorcycle to changes in intake or altitude.
Easy to integrate into a carburetor equipped with Keihin jets, this component allows for precise adjustment of throttle response. Before any intervention, check compatibility with your model and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for installation and adjustment. After replacement, check the condition of the spark plug and engine response to validate the adjustment.
A simple yet essential spare part for anyone looking to work on their motorcycle's carburation: a crucial tuning element in the workshop of a rider attentive to their engine's performance.
