MIKUNI JET MKA490 — manufacturer reference 4/042-490. Original MIKUNI jet intended for maintenance and adjustment operations of carburetors. A simple and reliable spare part for those who need to adjust fuel flow and fine-tune the air/fuel mixture.
Brand: MIKUNI
Manufacturer reference: 4/042-490
Category: Jet
The MKA490 jet plays a crucial role in carburation: it regulates the amount of gasoline that flows through the circuit, allowing for adjustments to the richness of the mixture during tuning or replacement. Whether for routine maintenance, fine-tuning idle, or restoring a carburetor, this part is suitable for DIY motorcyclists as well as equipped workshops.
Keep in mind to check compatibility with your carburetor or motorcycle model before installation. The installation should follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the carburetor — carefully disassemble, check the condition of gaskets and seats, then monitor engine behavior after starting. If in doubt, consult a specialist to ensure a safe and appropriate adjustment.
