Spacer for reed valve (Manufacturer ref: IP15647) by 101 OCTANE. Carburation part intended for reed valve systems, sold individually. Designed as a mounting adapter to replace the original spacer in the reed box and restore the correct positioning of the reeds and diaphragm.

Useful part for maintenance or restoration work on reed boxes: checking the play of the reeds, positioning of the membrane, and sealing of the intake. Compatible with many 50 cm³ engines equipped with reed valves — among common applications are urban models and light quads.
Examples of frequently affected models: KEEWAY RY6 50 (2020), GENERIC (KSR MOTO) TOXIC 50 (2018), ADLY (HERKULES) BLIZZARD GTA 50 (2018).
Installation tips: disassemble the reed box and check the condition of the reeds and gasket before replacement. It does not alter engine settings by itself; reassemble while respecting the original torque and alignment.
