D7 Pro DialDim Lighting Kit by Denali

A complete lighting kit designed to enhance visibility on the road and off-road. It combines two D7 Pro LED lights, the DialDim controller, and a plug-and-play adapter for the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250, offering dimming and smart functions for tailored lighting. The compact housing and removable X-Lens covers allow you to adjust the look and beam according to conditions.

Design and Materials

• Compact housing Ø112 x 74 mm with IP68/IP69K rating ensuring water resistance and high-pressure cleaning for durable use.
• Removable X-Lens covers offering multiple beam shapes and colours (white, amber, selective yellow) to adapt lighting to conditions and motorcycle style.
• Laser-cut and powder-coated steel light brackets with corrosion-resistant finish, ensuring a solid and durable mounting.

Safety and Standards

• CE-approved spot glass (ECE R112) for the spot beam, providing visible compliance with applicable standards.
• Controller with electronic fuse circuits, voltage indicator, and low voltage cut-off at 10.8 V to protect the battery and vehicle electronics.

Practicality and Features

• DENALI DialDim™ controller with independent on/off and dimming for two sets of lights, facilitating intensity adjustment while riding.
• LED halo switch visually indicating the current setting for clear adjustment, even at night.
• Specific plug-and-play wiring adapter for the Pan America 1250 allowing connection without cutting the harness for simplified installation.

Usage and Performance

• Raw luminous flux of 11,900 lm per light with a spot range of 380 m and flood width of 75 m for better obstacle detection at a distance and extended peripheral lighting.
• 7 Cree XML3 LEDs of 14 W per light and dimmable DRL Boost mode to increase daytime visibility as needed.
• Consumption of 98 W / 8 A and voltage range of 9-32 V DC, compatible with modern motorcycle electrical systems and allowing for power consumption anticipation.
