Extend the luggage bridge of your BMW R 1200 GS with this silver expansion plate from Hepco & Becker. Designed for riders who prefer soft bags over top cases, it transforms the rear platform into a wider and more stable support surface for rolls, travel bags, tents, or marine bags.
- Construction: durable aluminium plate with a sleek appearance, featuring a high-quality plastic coating.
- Retention: raised edges and additional attachment points for straps, ensuring a more secure fastening of luggage.
- Installation: mounting hardware and instructions included.
- Usage: not suitable for mounting a top case.
- Recommended load capacity: 5 kg (follow model-specific instructions and the manufacturer's manual for load distribution).
Practical for rides and trips where tarps and soft bags are stacked, this extension optimises rear space without visually weighing down the machine. Be sure to follow the mounting and load recommendations to avoid compromising handling.
