Hepco & Becker — Silver Extension for Luggage Rack (manufacturer's ref: 800934 00 09): extender designed for the Honda XL 1000 V Varadero (1999-2006). Ideal for riders who prefer to carry loose bags rather than a top case.
- Construction: high-strength aluminium plate with quality plastic coating, silver finish.
- Usage: enlarges the support surface of flat luggage racks — perfect for luggage rolls, travel bags, tents or duffel bags.
- Safety: raised edges and additional attachment points for straps, allowing for a more secure fastening of soft loads.
- Included: mounting hardware and instructions included.
- Recommended load limit: 5 kg (strictly follow model-specific instructions and recommendations from the motorcycle manufacturer).
- Note: not suitable for mounting a top case.
This extension provides a robust and discreet platform to organise rear luggage on the Varadero. It is aimed at travellers and adventurers who load in rolls or soft bags, and who seek a reliable fastening for their straps without overloading the original luggage rack.
