Features

Manufacturer reference: GKT8503 — Titanium Spark Collectors (Racing), exhaust component for competition.

This Spark collector set has been developed for the KTM Super Duke platform. It replaces the front section of the heavy original exhaust system, including the removal of the catalyst. This "Full Titanium" version, welded with TIG, integrates a silencer chamber (pre-silencer) to maximise performance while controlling volume. Unlike the GKT8502 version, it does not include a valve simulator. This component is exclusively reserved for closed circuit use and is not road legal.

Finish: collectors and silencer chamber in titanium.
Compatible models: KTM 1290 Super Duke R / Evo (2020-2023) and 1390 Super Duke R / Evo (2024-2026).
Specificity: fits on the original silencer or on Spark silencers (Slip-On). Requires ECU reprogramming or the addition of an external electronic bypass for the exhaust valve.
Homologation: not homologated.
Weight: 2.6 kg (which is a weight saving of -3.6 kg compared to the 6.2 kg of the original collectors).
Noise level: variable (depends on the associated silencer at the end of the line).
