Feuling Parts - Ventilated Gauge / Breather (manufacturer part no. 3086)

Replaces the original fill gauge with a ventilated gauge that releases excess pressure from the crankcase via a PCV-type breather. Designed for vintage and touring enthusiasts, it includes an oil separator with a perforated disc and a replaceable filter to limit blow-by accumulation in the tank and improve oil level reading.

Tests indicate a trend towards a more stable oil level, reduced blow-by, and lower consumption when the unit is properly installed and used. Feuling recommends a warm oil level between 90 and 99% and warns that the intake opening is located on the right side of the engine: warming the motorcycle on the side stand may skew the reading. The gauge heats up in service; use a glove to check the level.
