Ventilated Oil Gauge FEULING – Manufacturer Ref. 3092

Replace the original cap/gauge with this machined ventilated gauge, designed to release excess pressure from the crankcase via a PCV-type breather. Compact and robust, it features an oil separator, a perforated disc, a replaceable filter, and a non-return valve to limit unwanted blow-by accumulation in the reservoir.

• Installation: screws into the original oil fill opening as a replacement for the manufacturer part.
• Included ventilation options: 1/8" NPT fitting with internal filter or quick connect with rubber hose and filter.
• Level reading: two possible methods — FHS (motorcycle on side stand) or FHU (motorcycle upright and level).
• Usage tips: Feuling recommends a hot oil level of 90–99%; the suction port is located on the right side of the engine. Heating the motorcycle on the side stand may skew the reading.
• Manufactured in the USA. Caution: the gauge becomes hot — use a glove when checking.

According to Feuling, tests would show a reduction in engine oil level and blow-by, as well as a smoother engine performance. Product suitable for touring motorcycles, including several Harley-Davidson CVO 1800 models (Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide) listed for compatibility.
