Manufacturer reference: 7196 — FEULING PARTS. HP+ high-volume oil pump designed for Harley-type M-Eight engines and vintage/touring applications seeking enhanced and more consistent lubrication.

• Function: increases oil flow, volume, and pressure to improve oil recovery and lubrication of shafts and connecting rods.
• Machined materials: pump body made from 6061 aluminium and camplate from 7075 aluminium (harder and more durable than original parts).
• Measured performance: FEULING tests show an increase in pressure (EU: +0.69 to +2.06 bar) and an increase in volume/recovery (up to +42% depending on passage sizing). Tests also indicate a measured gain in power and torque on the bench (manufacturer data).
• Thermal & reliability: reported reduction in engine and oil operating temperatures by FEULING, as well as a decrease in oil level in the sump measured during testing.
• Practical design: aligned ports on the plate to improve oil passages, rear groove accepting the original crankshaft seal on M-Eight models. Sealed and bench-tested relief valve.
