Feuling Race Series oil pump, designed to enhance lubrication management on large touring engines. Machined from red anodised 7075 aluminium, it features optimised passages and tolerances as well as larger gerotor gears to increase flow and oil recovery. Ideal for riders seeking a robust solution to limit oil accumulation in the crankcase and maintain lower oil and engine temperatures.

• Increased flow and recovery: 2.250” high-strength gerotor gears (chrome-molybdenum) and enlarged passages — +42% overall recovery and up to +68% crankshaft/connecting rod oriented (manufacturer data).
• Machined relief valve: precision bore and relief valve, sealed at ≥30 psi and full opening between 55–60 psi (bench test).
• Internal protection: integrated magnets to collect debris and protect the gears and valve.
• Mechanical compatibility: groove on the rear cover to accept the original crankshaft seal from FEULING M‑Eight pumps.
• Manufacturing: machined in the USA, 7075 material for dimensional stability at high temperatures.

Technical note: installation requires the use of the FEULING High Flow cam plate (part no. 0932-0192) to ensure passage alignment and achieve the stated gains. Common applications: road/touring, including Harley-Davidson touring models 1868 cc listed by Feuling.
