JT Sprockets JTF511.16RB — 16-tooth noise-reducing steel sprocket designed for 520 transmissions. This JT Sprockets sprocket is aimed at riders looking for a robust replacement part to modify gearing or restore a worn transmission. Its design remains understated and optimized for both road and off-road use.
The sprocket features a CNC-machined profile that promotes better engagement with the chain and controlled wear. The SMC420 steel provides the necessary strength to withstand the demands of the transmission while remaining compatible with both Cross and Roadster uses. The noise-reducing treatment limits audible vibrations and contributes to a quieter operation of the transmission.
Suitable for specific KAWASAKI models listed (KLR 650 and KLX 650) — please check the exact fit for your machine before installation. For maintenance and longevity, ensure proper chain tension adjustment and replace chain and sprocket in pairs if necessary. Manufacturer reference: JTF511.16RB.
