JT Sprockets Standard Steel Sprocket 270 - 520 (Ref. JTF270.13)
This sprocket, designed for 520 transmissions, is a JT Sprockets steel model aimed at motorcyclists and quad riders seeking a reliable replacement part sized for gearing. With its 13 teeth and standard 270 sprocket version, it fits on the drivetrains designed for this chain pitch.

• Material: steel (high-strength SMC420 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 13
• Chain pitch: 520
• CNC machining for precise assembly
• Lightweight design optimized to reduce unsprung mass

The CNC machining and the use of SMC420 steel ensure a clean finish on the tooth profiles and dimensional repeatability, which are important for a smooth-running transmission that minimizes jolts during engagement. This standard sprocket is suitable for both original replacement and gearing modifications to adapt the vehicle's behavior (acceleration vs top speed).

Common applications: quad and roadster. Possible fitting examples: HONDA REBEL 250 (2014 and MC32), DERBI 250 DXR (2011). Check compatibility with your model and chain spacing before installation.
