JT. Steel Standard 405 - 525 Output sprocketRef : JTC00371A / 1077368001

Manufacturer reference: JTF405.20

JT Sprockets steel sprocket, designed for the final drive of roadsters. This standard version 405 sprocket, with 20 teeth, is compatible with 525 pitch chains and meets the expectations of riders looking for a robust part for replacement or gearing change. Its design prioritizes machining precision and adaptation to road requirements.

• Material: high-strength steel (SMC420)
• Number of teeth: 20 (sprocket)
• Chain pitch: 525
• CNC machining for precise geometry and good fit
• Version: standard (type 405) — optimized design to minimize excess weight

The JTF405.20 sprocket installs as a transmission element on the engine side to achieve a gearing ratio that conforms to specifications or to slightly modify the motorcycle's behavior depending on the number of teeth chosen. Its SMC420 steel construction ensures resistance to common stresses and controlled wear under normal usage conditions. It is particularly suitable for BMW F 800 R (models 2014, 2016, 2019) as well as other roadsters using a 405 sprocket and a 525 chain. For optimal results, check the condition of the chain and the rear sprocket during installation and adhere to the manufacturer's torque specifications.
