JT. Steel Standard 563 - 420 Output sprocketRef : JTC01133A / 1077435003

Manufacturer part number: JTF563.13

JT SPROCKETS steel sprocket, standard version 563 designed for 420 pitch chains. Ideal for a transmission replacement or to modify the gearing, this sprocket is intended for urban machines, quads, and motocross bikes requiring a robust and easy-to-install solution.

• Material: steel (high-strength SMC420 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 13
• Chain pitch: 420
• Type: sprocket 563, standard version
• Manufacturing: CNC machining for precise geometry

The SMC420 steel design provides good wear resistance while remaining compact. CNC machining ensures a consistent tooth profile and better compatibility with the chain, minimizing jerks and irregular wear when properly mounted and maintained. This sprocket fits many small displacement bikes and quads (e.g., Suzuki JR 50, Yamaha DT 50 MX, Suzuki LT 50 QuadRunner), offering a reliable solution to achieve suitable gearing or restore the original transmission.

Replace your sprocket following the manufacturer's recommendations and check the condition of the chain and the sprocket to maximize the lifespan of the entire transmission system.
