JT. Steel Standard Front 1401 - 520 Output sprocketRef : JTC01785A / 1077243002

The JT SPROCKETS standard steel sprocket 1401 - 520 (manufacturer part number JTF1401.14) is a transmission component designed for quads seeking a reliable solution for replacement or gearing changes. Designed to fit a chain with a pitch of 520, this sprocket is distinguished by its short tooth design of 14 teeth and its construction tailored for off-road conditions.

• Material: steel (high-strength SMC420 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 14
• Chain pitch: 520
• Type: 1401, standard version
• Machining: CNC for precise geometry and optimized chain contact
• Design aimed at minimizing wear and facilitating maintenance

This sprocket is intended for riders who want to maintain original gearing or slightly adjust engine behavior/acceleration without compromising the robustness of the transmission. Compatible with many 400 cc quads, it directly replaces the original 1401 sprocket on the relevant models.

Compatibility examples: SUZUKI LT‑Z 400 QUADSPORT (2018), KAWASAKI KFX 400 2WD (KSF400A) (2006), and SUZUKI LT‑Z 400 QUADSPORT SPECIAL EDITION (2012). For safe installation, check the condition of the chain and seals before installation and adhere to the manufacturer's torque specifications.
