PBR Steel Noise-Free 564 - 525 Output sprocketRef : PBR01375A / 1077748001

PBR Steel Noise-Reducing Sprocket 564G - 525 (15 teeth): a sprocket designed to reduce noise while maintaining the strength and longevity of a steel sprocket. Ideal for roadster and cross practices, it easily fits on motorcycles equipped with a 525 pitch chain.

• Material: Durable steel
• Number of teeth: 15
• Chain pitch: 525
• Type / Reference: 564G, noise-reducing version (RSS)
• Technology: rubber injected into the perforations to dampen noise and limit shocks

The RSS (Rubber Sprocket System) from PBR combines a steel core with injected rubber inserts, designed to reduce vibrations and improve transmission smoothness without sacrificing robustness. The injection is performed to resist peeling, enhancing reliability in intensive use, on long roads or off-road.

This sprocket is a relevant choice for those looking to decrease transmission noise and improve riding comfort — whether on a roadster or an off-road machine. Examples of applications: SUZUKI V-STROM 1050 SE, TRIUMPH TIGER 850 SPORT, GAS GAS EC 125 RACING.
