PBR Steel Noise-Free 565 - 520 Output sprocketRef : PBR00936A / 1077750001

The PBR 565G 15-tooth steel sprocket is a drive component designed to limit noise and provide smoother transmission rotation. Integrated into PBR's RSS (Rubber Sprocket System) range, it combines the durability of steel with injected rubber inserts placed in the perforations to reduce resonances and dampen vibrations transmitted by the chain.

• Manufacturer reference: 565G 15 18 NC
• Material: durable steel
• Number of teeth: 15
• Chain pitch: 520
• Version: noise-reducing (resistant injected rubber)

This sprocket is aimed at motocross riders, quad users, and roadster enthusiasts looking for a quieter transmission without sacrificing mechanical integrity. The included rubber aims to reduce noise impacts and jolts felt at the rolling chassis while remaining compatible with intensive use and long distances when properly mounted and maintained.

Compatible with 520 pitch chains, it fits many machines, including the YAMAHA YZ 450 F (2026), the KAWASAKI W 800 (2025), and the TRIUMPH TRIDENT 660 (2025) depending on the mounts and original ratios. Always check the bolt pattern and number of teeth before installation.
