PBR Steel Standard 2042 - 520 Output sprocketRef : PBR00605A / 1077521002

PBR Standard Steel Sprocket 2042 - 520 (manufacturer part number: 2042 15 18NC): a road/urban sprocket designed to meet the demands of chain transmission. Machined from high-quality 18NCD5 steel alloy, this sprocket is intended for urban and roadster applications where durability and longevity are expected.

• Material: steel (18NCD5 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 15
• Chain pitch: 520
• Type / reference: 2042, standard version
• Optimized finish and machining to reduce wear and abrasion

Manufactured according to a strict process, this PBR sprocket offers excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion, with a quality engagement designed to limit friction between the chain and the sprocket. Its steel construction ensures good resistance to daily stresses, making it ideal for urban use or on versatile roadsters.

Before installation, check compatibility with your transmission (number of splines, center distance, shaft length): using an unsuitable sprocket may compromise safety and the lifespan of the transmission. Examples of machines that may use 520 transmissions (to be verified): HONDA X-ADV 750 DCT ABS (2025), VOGE 500 AC (2023), HONDA FORZA 750 (2025).
