PBR Standard Steel Sprocket 425 - 428 — Manufacturer Ref: 425 16 18NC

PBR offers a reliable sprocket designed for riders seeking a simple and robust drive component for urban, roadster, or cross use. Machined from 18NCD5 steel alloy, this standard 16-tooth sprocket is designed for mounting on a 428 chain pitch (Sprocket Type: 425).

• Material: steel (18NCD5 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 16
• Chain pitch: 428
• Version: standard

The choice of 18NCD5 alloy ensures good resistance to corrosion and abrasion, qualities expected from a part subjected to the stresses of transmission. The manufacturing process followed by PBR minimizes dimensional variations and helps reduce friction between the sprocket and chain, ensuring consistent performance in daily use.

Common compatibilities (examples): SUZUKI GSX-R 125 ABS (2025), SUZUKI GSX-S 125 ABS (2024), and GSX-S 125 ABS SPECIAL EDITION (2018). However, please check the number of teeth and the chain pitch of your machine before installation.

An essential wear part, this PBR sprocket easily fits into regular maintenance — pay attention to the installation and adjustment of chain tension to preserve the entire transmission system.
