Born from PBR's experience in competition, this standard steel sprocket 564 with a pitch of 525 has been developed for the final drives of demanding roadsters. Made from an 18NCD5 steel alloy, it prioritizes longevity and resilience against the daily stresses of the chain and drivetrain.

• Material: steel (18NCD5 alloy)
• Number of teeth: 17
• Chain pitch: 525
• Type / version: 564 - Standard

The design and production control follow strict processes to ensure a consistent tooth profile and limit friction between the sprocket and chain. Resistant to corrosion and abrasion, this sprocket is suitable for intensive road use while maintaining a robust structure for frequent starts and gear changes.

Compatible with many roadster motorcycles equipped with 525, it is particularly suitable for models such as Suzuki V-Strom 1050 SE (2025), Triumph Tiger 850 Sport (2025), or Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R (2020) when the original configuration requires it. As a standard replacement part, it integrates into the final drive to restore reliable and durable tooth engagement.
