S3 Cast Piston Ø 72.165 mm (oversize +0.01) – Manufacturer Ref: PI-315-B

Designed for engine restoration of the Montesa Cota 4RT/HRC, this cast piston from S3 is aimed at trial and motocross enthusiasts looking for a robust and dimensioned wear part. Machined from an aluminum-silicon alloy, it adheres to the B size (+0.01 mm) to compensate for cylinder wear and restore the appropriate operating clearance.

Compression: Standard
Material: Aluminum-silicon, cast piston
Oversize: +0.01 (letter B)
Rings: nitrided steel rings for durability
Finish: molybdenum disulfide coating to reduce friction

Easily replaceable during honing/cylindering, this piston is suitable for maintenance interventions on the 4T Montesa Cota 4RT 250 engine (2004). Choose the correct oversize to restore sealing and dynamic clearances between piston and cylinder, ensuring clean operation of the bottom end.
