Features

VERTEX Cast Piston (manufacturer part number 22491100) designed for 50 cc engines. Made of aluminum, this replacement piston is aimed at urban, quad, and motocross applications for engine restorations and maintenance. Its cast design offers a robust part suitable for the common uses of small single-cylinder engines.

The main dimensions: bore 42.00 mm and nominal piston diameter Ø 42.000 mm. The part is supplied in oversize 100 (corresponding to +0.100 mm), a useful reference for reboring and machining during a rebuild. A reported measurement indicates a diameter of 41.95 mm — check the fit with your cylinder before installation.
