VERTEX Forged Piston - Manufacturer Ref: 23394A

Specifically designed for off-road and motocross competition, this VERTEX forged piston is engineered to meet the demands of YZ 250 F engines. Made from aluminum, it features a high compression geometry and a bi-segment design for optimal combustion control and sealing between strokes.

The VERTEX piston is suitable for intensive track sessions thanks to its forged construction, which provides increased mechanical strength compared to cast parts. Its "A" oversize corresponds to re-bored cylinders according to manufacturer tolerances; check the machining before installation. It is particularly suitable for the following models:

YAMAHA YZ 250 F (CG33) 2013 - 250 cm³
YAMAHA YZ 250 F (CG27) 2009 - 250 cm³
YAMAHA YZ 250 F (CG33) 2012 - 250 cm³

For optimal durability and performance, check the clearances and tolerances during installation, use new rings, and follow the manufacturer's assembly recommendations.
