VERTEX Forged Piston Replica (ref. 24628B) — A piston designed for the demands of off-road riding. Made from forged aluminum, this Replica piston by VERTEX is aimed at motocross riders looking for a high-quality thermal part, stemming from a recognized expertise in OEM equipment.
The forged piston offers a compact structure and material homogeneity, which is beneficial for demanding motocross applications. Its finish and tolerances meet the requirements for installation on cross-category cylinder blocks, with an oversize "B" to compensate for wear or bore machining.
Compatible with several recent KAWASAKI 250 cc models, it integrates during an engine overhaul or specific preparation. Always check the bore diameter of your cylinder before installation and adhere to the manufacturer's clearances and recommendations during assembly.
