Features

The WISECO 2T Pro-Lite Series piston kit - ø45.00mm (manufacturer part number W864M04500C) is designed for motocross riders who are replacing an original piston or starting an engine preparation. Coming from the Pro-Lite range, this forged piston made of aluminum benefits from Wiseco's expertise, recognized worldwide for nearly 50 years for the reliability of its parts.

Nominal diameter: Ø 45.00 mm (machined diameter 44.960–44.98 mm)
Oversize: +0.02 mm (letter C)
Compression: Standard
Material: Forged aluminum
Usage: 2-stroke, suitable for motocross displacements such as 65 cm3

Designed to withstand the demands of off-road riding, this piston fits into maintenance or optimization operations for your bore. Its C size (+0.02) compensates for wear on the sleeve during a re-bore, while respecting the original engine architecture (ring and pin fit to be checked during installation).

Common compatibilities: KTM 65 SX (2025), GAS GAS MC 65 (2025), HUSQVARNA TC 65 (2024). Before installation, check tolerances and follow manufacturer recommendations for break-in and torque specifications. Manufacturer part number: W864M04500C.
