Features

WISECO Forged Series piston kit designed for motocross use and engine refurbishment. Wiseco forged pistons are recommended for replacement or preparation aimed at optimizing engine performance: proven design for nearly 50 years, combined with machining tailored to off-road conditions.

Nominal diameter: Ø 77.00 mm (manufacturer measurement 76.97 mm, oversize letter C)
Piston compression: Standard
Material: Forged aluminum
Contents: supplied as a kit (rings included)

This forged piston is designed to withstand the demands of motocross use: high acceleration, high RPM, and repetitive thermal cycles. The material and forging process ensure a compact structure and better mechanical homogeneity than sintered materials, which is beneficial during refurbishments or engine preparations. The "oversize C" format allows for compensation of a worn bore and restores the correct cylinder/piston clearances.
