Features

WISECO 4T Forged Series Piston Kit - ø97.00mm (Manufacturer part number: W40111M09700B): a forged piston designed for 4-stroke Cross engines. Manufactured, forged, and machined at the Wiseco facility in Mentor (Ohio), this kit includes the necessary components for the top-end to restore or prepare the engine according to manufacturer specifications.

Piston diameter: Ø 96.95 mm (oversize letter B)
Compression: Standard
Material: Forged aluminum
Number of rings: Kit (rings included)
Application: Cross / all-purpose 4T compatible depending on installation

The Wiseco Forged Series piston benefits from the forging process to provide a homogeneous structure and dimensional stability suited for off-road conditions. The kit includes the rings and assembly components necessary for precise piston/cylinder clearance control during installation. Its oversize B (Ø 96.95 mm) allows for restoring the displacement after reboring according to the specified dimensions.

Particularly suitable for owners and mechanics working on YAMAHA YZ 450 F (models 2015, 2016, 2017) and other engines compatible with the specified dimensions. Always check the part number and dimensions of your engine before ordering and installation.
