WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref. 8089DC

Designed and manufactured in Germany, this Wössner forged piston is aimed at demanding motorcyclists seeking a robust engine part for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Machined from aluminum and treated to reduce friction on the skirt, it is intended for use on motocross circuits or on roadster machines where reliability and consistent performance are essential.

• Piston diameter: Ø 53.97 mm
• Bore diameter: 54.02 mm
• Oversize letter: C (oversize)
• Material: Forged aluminum
• Number of segments: 1
• Delivered with: segment(s), circlips, and pin

This piston is suitable for standard preparations and replacements when the bore requires an oversize C. Its anti-friction skirt limits wear against the wall and facilitates the break-in process, while the forged design provides a compact structure suitable for mechanical stresses. Ideal for owners of 125 cc motorcycles listed in compatibility, it will fit well on both motocross machines and prepared roadsters.

Compatible motorcycles (examples): HUSQVARNA CR 125 (2014), HUSQVARNA WR 125 (2013), HUSQVARNA SMS 125 (2013).
