WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref: 8031D100

Forged piston designed for motocross engines, machined in Germany by Wössner. Made from forged aluminum, it features a friction-treated skirt and a finish suitable for the high-stress demands of vintage and light competition displacements. Complete supply ready for installation: ring(s), circlips, and pin included.

This piston is aimed at motorcycle mechanics looking for a robust engine part for the restoration or refurbishment of motocross machines. Its forged design and skirt treatment reduce piston/cylinder contact wear and facilitate the break-in process. The reference corresponds to the Maico 250 models from 1979–1981 listed for compatibility, to be verified according to the condition of the cylinder and actual bore before installation.
