The Hard Part for LA R1200GS protects the steering stop of BMW R1200 models in the event of a collision, thanks to a laser-cut aluminium construction combined with shock-absorbing plastic elements. Its compact and lightweight design minimizes the impact on steering and helps reduce the risk of costly fork crown repairs.

Design and Materials

• Laser-cut aluminium providing a rigid structure to protect the steering stop in case of impact
• Plastic components that absorb impacts to reduce shock transmission to the fork crown
• Rubber pad ensuring absorption over a short distance to limit the initial impact
