TWIN AIR Oil Cooler (Manufacturer Ref: 160446) — an oil cooler specifically designed for motocross. Patented, this innovative device utilizes airflow instead of the water circuit to dissipate engine oil heat, providing a solution tailored for the MX environment.
Mounted on a panel located behind the water radiator, the TWIN AIR heat exchanger circulates oil through hoses to the external radiator to optimize thermal exchanges with the ambient air. Designed to withstand the demands of off-road conditions, it integrates into the engine space without modifying the water circuit.
Usage: intended for motocross (MX) and intensive outings where thermal management of the oil is crucial.
Common installation examples: KTM 450 XC-F (2022), HUSQVARNA FC 450 (2022), KTM 450 SX-F (2022).
For riders concerned about thermal regulation — whether during long races or intensive training — this oil cooler provides an additional layer of targeted cooling. Supplied with all necessary parts, it allows for a clean integration designed for the terrain.
