Gold LED Resistor Kit by Puig

This set of resistors is designed for LED indicators for road use, engineered to restore a consistent flashing frequency when switching to LEDs. Made from aluminium with a gold finish for discreet integration and easy handling during installation.

Design and Materials

• Manufactured from ALUMINIUM for a lightweight and durable component that facilitates installation and mechanical stability within the wiring harness.
• Gold finish for visual integration with similarly coloured signalling elements.
• Item weight 50 g allows for easy handling during installation without adding extra weight to the wiring harness.

Practicality and Features

• One resistor must be installed in parallel on both the right and left sides to balance the flashing frequency when using LED bulbs.
• For replacing 4 indicators use Ref 42980 and for replacing 2 indicators use Ref 58730.
• On motorcycles equipped with electronic relays, the frequency does not depend on the current intensity, so adding resistors may not alter the flashing.
• Identify the indicator relay (location and number of pins) and replace it with the one corresponding to the list provided by Puig to ensure compatibility.
• Some motorcycles do not have a specific relay or use multiple relays; in these cases, replacement may be impossible or ineffective, and it is advisable to check the configuration before purchase.
