3.9 ohm / 25 W aluminium resistor kit designed for balancing indicators when switching to LED bulbs. Compact format and gold finish for discreet and neat integration near the indicators. Restores a stable flashing frequency when the circuit's amperage varies.
Design and Materials
Aluminium construction providing a lightweight and easier-to-install component
Weight of 70 g limiting additional mass on the electrical support
Dimensions of 15 x 18.5 mm allowing for compact integration in tight spaces
Practicality and Features
3.9 ohm / 25 W resistors designed to stabilise frequency when using LED bulbs
Each resistor is placed in parallel on one side to balance the left and right frequency
Designed for mounting in an intermediate front area for easy connection of the indicator circuit
Usage and Performance
If replacing all 4 indicators, use OEM Reference 42980; if only replacing two, use OEM Reference 58730
Identify the indicator relay and check the location and number of pins before installation to ensure compatibility
Some motorcycles do not have a specific relay making replacement impossible, and if multiple relays are involved, replacing just one will not solve the issue
Advantages
Gold colour for a visible finish and neat integration on chrome or gold elements
