Material used as a core or filling for silencers, this special felt can be cut, rolled, and packed to fit the internal shapes of the muffler. The nylon thread stitching keeps the product compressed during installation, then it regains volume during the first heat cycles to ensure a high and uniform density. Ideal for refurbishing a muffler, modifying a baffle, or fitting on universal silencers, it offers a sound barrier and thermal protection suitable for road conditions.
Biker Tip: measure the body of the silencer, cut to the correct length, and insert by compressing. Allow the material to stabilize after a few rides to achieve its final density.
