Stainless materials for good heat and corrosion resistance — suitable for the stresses of an exhaust system. The combination of braid + wool allows for the absorption and diffusion of sound waves from the exhaust without crumbling like some organic wools. Designed to fit into silencer bodies with a diameter of 55–60 mm, it is suitable for restoration, maintenance, or custom work to achieve a more controlled sound signature.
Practical advice: handle with gloves (stainless fibers can be sharp), slightly compress the wool for easy installation, and check the tightness of the assembly after installation. Product sold individually.
