Woven stainless steel fabric + stainless steel wool 434 ACOUSTA-FIL: a reconditioning package designed for motorcycle silencers. This 40 cm strip combines woven stainless steel fabric and high-temperature resistant stainless steel wool 434 to enhance the acoustic absorption of your exhaust without compromising thermal stability or corrosion resistance.

Composition: woven stainless steel fabric + stainless steel wool 434
Width: 40 cm
Recommended inner diameter: 55 mm (inner Ø)
Outer diameter: 60 mm
Thermal resistance: up to 850 °C

Ideal for repacking silencers, renovating baffles, or installing in sleeves, this fabric fits 55 mm inlet cylinders and can be easily shaped to conform to the geometry of the silencer body. Its stainless steel construction minimizes clogging and extends the lifespan of the packing compared to organic materials.

Practical advice: wear gloves and a mask when handling to avoid sharp fibers and splinters. Check compatibility with your exhaust and local regulations before making any modifications.
