Features
MALOSSI MHR Team II Internal Ignition Rotor (manufacturer part number: 5519630): a complete ignition module designed for scooters equipped with Minarelli engines. Designed for track/competition use, this internal ignition replaces the original rotor-stator to provide finer advance management and adjustment functions suitable for 2T and 4T setups.
- Control: control unit based on an STM8 microprocessor (20 MIPS) for improved precision and stability of advance.
- Maps: 8 pre-set advance tables (6 for 2-stroke, 1 for variable 4-stroke, 1 fixed) selectable via the MAPS trimmer.
- Adjustments: OFFSET trimmers (compensation ±2°) and LIM (adjustable rev limit between 11,500 and 14,300 rpm or can be disabled).
- HT Coil: discharge voltage >40 kV beyond 3000 rpm, open circuit gap >50 kV.
- Rotor-Stator: rotor Ø58 mm with Neodymium magnets, lightweight stator (~100 g), improved electrical performance of +20% and engine starting possible from 370 rpm.
- Connectivity: miniaturized waterproof IP67 connector and high-quality wiring.
Ideal for tuning small urban displacements and light quads — compatible with many Minarelli scooters (e.g., Aprilia SR50, Yamaha Zuma, MBK Ovetto). Note: the lighting system is disconnected with this installation. Product intended for track or competition use; comply with current regulations.
