DG005FTAB Brake Disc – DRAG SPECIALTIES
Floating FT series brake disc with a distinctly vintage design, intended for customs and roadsters that want to combine style and handling. Machined and painted outer ring, with drainage holes, and floating stainless steel mounting sleeves: a meticulous construction aimed at optimising thermal exchange and limiting deformation during demanding use.
- Diameter: 300 mm (11.8")
- Thickness: 5.0 mm
- Material: High carbon stainless steel 410
- Finish: Black / stainless steel
- Precision: machined ring for a runout value of less than 0.01 mm
- Manufacturing: production in Europe compliant with ISO/TS 16949 specifications
The floating concept separates the friction ring from the hub, reducing thermal stresses transmitted to the hub. The machined and drilled appearance facilitates cooling and the evacuation of pad gases and dust, while the black finish adds a polished custom touch to the suspension and front wheel.
