X Series Brake Disc — EBC (manufacturer part number: MD896X)

The EBC X Series brake disc is designed for Trail/Adventure riders seeking a lightweight and reliable floating rotor for their on-road and off-road outings. Built around a stainless steel track mounted on an aluminium alloy carrier, this disc combines low unsprung masses with thermal resistance suitable for prolonged use and aggressive descents.

Type: Floating disc (X Series)
Construction: stainless steel track + aluminium alloy carrier
System: patented S-Drive button with square rivets housed in square pockets — allows the outer disc to expand and contract freely under heat without rivet binding
Finish: Black / Silver
Shape: Round — 6-hole mounting
Assembly: manual construction and inspection

The X Series is suitable for modern adventure motorcycles where braking responsiveness and thermal management are crucial. Examples of applications: KTM Adventure 890 R, Husqvarna Norden 901, KTM Adventure 790. For installation, check the manufacturer reference and the 6-hole drilling before mounting.
