Features

HPSR Series Brake Disc - EBC (manufacturer ref. MD1147LS)

Round brake disc with solid mounting, manufactured in the United Kingdom from precision stainless steel rolled in Germany. Laser cut, heat treated, and reinforced, this HPSR rotor offers a robust construction suitable for road and light off-road use (Trail/Adventure, Enduro, Roadster).

Outer diameter: 240 mm
Inner diameter: 62.20 mm (2.45")
Thickness: 4.0 mm
Drilling circle: 80.0 mm
Colour / finish: Silver / Stainless steel / Zinc
Shape: Round, solid mounting

Designed for a direct replacement of original discs, this rotor installs without modification on compatible mounts. To ensure optimal braking bite and limit wear, it is recommended to fit the disc with new pads and to check the condition of the caliper during installation. The heat treatment and laser cutting ensure precise geometry for consistent bedding and controlled wear.

Examples of common mounts: HONDA CLR 125 Cityfly (JD18), HONDA CRM 125 R (1999), HONDA NX 125 (JD12). Please check compatibility with your model before ordering.
