NG BRAKE DISC Race Star Floating Round Disc – Manufacturer Ref. 1214ZG

Designed for both road and track use for sport bikes, the Race Star combines a thermally treated steel track with an aluminum core for a lightweight and durable floating disc. The steel band features an iridescence due to a specific heat treatment, and the oblique ventilation holes, grouped in threes, promote consistent airflow to limit local temperature increases and reduce the risk of deformation.

• Outer diameter: ø 310 mm
• Inner diameter: ø 102 mm
• Thickness: 5 mm
• Hole diameter: ø 8.25 mm — number of holes: 6
• Construction: steel track + aluminum core (floating)

The disc comes with anodized bolts and new washers developed from racing, providing controlled floating between the track and the hub. Ideal for riders seeking precise braking and a distinctive look thanks to the iridescent band and the orientation of the holes.
