Z-Racing Screen by Puig

The Z-Racing screen is designed to replace the original screen and provide a sporty look. Made from high-strength 3 mm acrylic with a rounded finish, it enhances aerodynamics and reduces airflow towards the helmet and upper torso for increased comfort at speed.

Design and Materials

• High-strength 3 mm acrylic providing a lightweight and durable part for reliable replacement
• Rounded finish exceeding 2 mm to limit sharp edges and improve aesthetics
• UV-resistant treatment to maintain the screen's appearance against sun exposure

Usage and Performance

• Double curvature that deflects wind impacting the helmet and upper torso to reduce aerodynamic fatigue
• Side channels that collect and evacuate airflow to decrease pressure on the shoulders during sporty riding
• Virtual wind tunnel tests indicating an average aerodynamic improvement of 12.7% in the upright position and 61% in racing position for better stability

Safety and Standards

• Presence of ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312 references allowing verification of public road use according to these references
• Design meeting the requirements of the German certification organization TÜV for quality control
• Check the ABE and inclusion of the reference to ensure legal compatibility with your model before installation

Practicality and Features

• Designed for direct mounting on the original fairing to simplify installation
• No additional parts required for mounting, making setup easier
• Delivered with a detailed aerodynamic study to review gains and characteristics before installation

Advantages

• Dimensions 460 x 375 x 130 mm for precise control of the footprint during installation
• Item weight 601 g facilitating handling during fitting
• Dark smoked finish for a sporty visual effect that blends seamlessly with the front
