Z Racing Screen - Transparent by Puig

The Z-Racing screen replaces the original screen to enhance aerodynamics and rider protection. Made from high-strength 3 mm acrylic with a rounded profile, it offers a durable and resilient finish. Its double curvature and side channels reduce airflow towards the helmet for improved riding comfort.

Design and Materials

• High-strength 3 mm acrylic for a durable screen that is easy to handle during installation
• Rounded profile over 2 mm compliant with TÜV requirements to limit sharp edges
• UV-resistant treatment to maintain transparency and aesthetics over time

Usage and Performance

• Double curvature and side channels diverting wind from the helmet and torso to reduce shoulder pressure while riding
• Height of 75 mm greater than the original providing increased protection for the upper torso in road position
• Measured aerodynamic improvement of 12.7% in vertical position and 61% in racing position for documented aerodynamic protection

Practicality and Features

• Direct mounting without additional parts for simplified replacement of the original screen
• Supplied with a detailed aerodynamic study allowing verification of gains before installation
• Artificial vision controls during production to reduce the risk of delivering a damaged part

Advantages

• Dimensions 410 x 390 mm to check compatibility with your original fairing
• Item weight 1233 g facilitating handling during installation
• Origin ES and design manufactured in Barcelona to know the product's origin
• ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312 approval allowing use on public roads under license
