Shifter up & down by IRC
Electronic quickshifter designed to enable upshifts and downshifts without the need for clutch use, primarily intended for track riding. Plug & play installation without modifications to the wiring harness, featuring sensitivity and intervention time adjustments to optimise shifts based on engine speed and gears.
Practicality and Features
- Fully Plug & Play, installs without cutting or adding wires to the original electrical system for quick fitting.
- Universal load cell sensor compatible with both traditional and reverse gearboxes to adapt to the selector's direction.
- Adjustment of preload and minimum intervention speed to tailor sensitivity according to riding style.
- Adjustment of downshift times and automatic shifting based on engine speed and gears for smoother transitions.
Usage and Performance
- Upshifts and downshifts without systematic clutch use, reducing fatigue during long track sessions.
- Much faster downshifts, saving several tenths of a second per lap on the track.
Advantages
- Targeted Racing/Track use, suited for rapid sequences and performance demands on the circuit.
- May require the UPKIT_APR if the motorcycle is not equipped with a standard quickshifter or another module.
- The shift rod may be required for installation on certain models.
