DRAG SPECIALTIES SHOCKS designed for roadsters and particularly compatible with several Sportster 1200 models (see listed models). Monotube steel body charged with gas featuring hard chrome plated rods for lasting response, progressive dual-rate springs, and adjustable spring preload to tailor the feel to loads and riding style.

• Construction: steel/aluminium body, internal reservoir, gas-charged damping method.
• Adjustments: adjustable spring preload and height adjustment ±1/2" (relative to stated size).
• Dimensions: extended length 279.40 mm (11.00").
• Finish: anodised / black / chrome — black models include black springs and ends/eyelets.

These shocks mount with existing hardware on most machines, but caution: original upper covers are not compatible and rear lowering kits are excluded. Units shorter than stock reduce travel and may alter handling; lowering the bike decreases ground clearance (especially in corners). Before installation on models equipped with OEM offset shocks, check if specific mounting is required and inspect the wheel arch to avoid any contact between the swingarm/axle/exhaust.
