Features

Seal Head Kit - Moose Offroad Hard-Parts (Ref. 37-1001)

Complete seal head kit designed for the refurbishment of rear shock absorbers. Ready-to-install assembly within the shock absorber body, made from 6061-T6 aluminium and designed to ensure reliable sealing and a clean fit on off-road, trail, and supermoto machines.

Kit contents: aluminium body, dust seal, ring, double lip oil seal, O-ring, guide/internal ring, round circlip (50 x 2 mm) and end stop.
Technical specifications: outer diameter 50.00 mm, inner diameter 16.00 mm, material Aluminium 6061-T6, mounting position: rear.
Key features: air bleed holes for evacuation during installation; double lip oil seal to limit dirt ingress and reduce friction.
Available finishes: black, chrome, red.
Origin: made in the USA.

Kit designed for maintenance work and refurbishment of rear suspensions on off-road motorcycles. Application examples: YAMAHA YZ 450 F Monster Energy Racing Edition (2023), KAWASAKI KX 250 X Cross Country (2023), HONDA CRF 450 R (PE05) (2016).
