Head gasket kit designed for the rear suspension of off-road machines (dirt bikes, quads). Complete machined set made from aluminium 6061-T6, delivered ready to be installed in the shock absorber body. Designed to replace the head and seal around the oil reservoir and shock rod, this kit allows for a clean refurbishment of the top of the shock absorber.

The kit includes: aluminium body, dust seal, ring, double lip oil seal (to limit dirt ingress and reduce friction), O-ring, guide/internal ring, circlip (40 mm x 1.5 mm square) and end stop. All sets are equipped with air bleed holes to evacuate air from the oil reservoir during installation. Some models feature an optimised design for simplified installation.
