Features

Seal Head Kit MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer part no. 37-1115). Complete set of parts for the shock head rebuild, specifically designed for rear mounting. Ready-to-install kit, made in the USA and aimed at enduro and motocross riders looking to refresh their shock assembly without hassle.

Composition: 6061-T6 aluminium body, dust seal, ring, double lip oil seal, O-ring, internal guide/ring, circlip, and end stop.
Key functions: integrated air bleed holes to evacuate air from the oil reservoir during installation; double lip oil seal designed to limit dirt ingress and reduce friction.
Dimensions: outer diameter 40.00 mm (1.58"), inner diameter 12.50 mm (0.49").
Available finishes: Black, Chrome, Red.
Position: rear mounting.
Notes: some models feature an optimised design for easier installation.

This kit is aimed at DIY enthusiasts and field mechanics who want to safely replace the sealing elements and interface parts of the shock body. Notable compatibility: YAMAHA YZ 80 (3ML 1992, 2VE 1988, 2HF 1987).
