Some installation notes: on certain XL models ('86–'15), an adjustment or spacing of the chain/belt guard may be necessary to ensure clearance. A different length from OEM may alter the rake angle and handling (longer = sharper steering, shorter = slightly slower steering). For bikes often loaded, prefer Heavy Duty applications.
